Our Mission: Click and Learn Software is a for-profit company which designs, develops, publishes and markets educational material in both CD and online format. We are dedicated to providing accurate material to help students, teachers, and individuals quickly learn large quantities of information. We reserve the right to modify and update the material at any time and without prior notice.
Your Use of the Click and Learn Products: The entire contents of our products and our website are protected by United States Copyright laws. Click and Learn software is the exclusive owner of the copyright for the software products. Material on this site may be used for your non-commercial use and cannot be sold, given or distributed by you to any other person or entity. You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract or otherwise reverse engineer the Click and Learn Products or the Smart Media Products used in this website. You may not create derivative works based upon all or part of these products. No right, title or interest to any trademarks or trade names of Click and Learn Software or Smart Media or their licensors are granted to you.
Smart Media website design and website interface: Smart Media has developed the website design and the method of allowing the user to interface with the Click and Learn products. The material and products developed by Smart Media are protected by United States Copyright laws. Smart Media is the exclusive owner of the copyright for the design of the structure of the site and for the interface features used for the Click and Learn products. Although Click and Learn software has purchased full rights to the Smart Media features used on this site, Smart Media does market these features to other individuals, other companies and other entities. You are encouraged to contact Smart Media to have similar features designed for your own personal or corporate use.
Demonstration Drills: We will provide one or several demonstration drills to allow school administrators, teachers and individuals to inspect and evaluate our products. These demonstration drills are for temporary use only. The potential customer is allowed to use the demo drills in a classroom setting in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the software. These demo drills will often contain only part of the full package that we supply. Demo drills will be changed occasionally without prior notice.
School Site License: customers who purchase our "School Site License" are allowed to share the UserName and Password with all students who are members of their school. Use by students who are not enrolled in the purchasing school is not allowed.
Method of Purchase: This material is available by subscription only. Normal subscription duration is usually one year (12 months), but may be increased slightly by sales agents at the time of purchase. Access to the product will be disabled after the expiration of the subscription but the license can be reinstated and student work will be restored if subscription is renewed within 30 days of expiration.
Customized Drills: Some of our customers will have the ability to create customized drills of their own to use in their own schools and districts. Click and Learn will have access to these customized drills and may, after review of the customized drills, recreate these drills in exact form or modified form and make these drills available to other present or future customers.
Compensation for Customized Drills: Compensation to the person or persons who created the customized drills will usually not be provided, but Click and Learn reserves the right to negotiate with the author or authors of the customized drills and provide compensation in select cases.
Disclaimer: Although Click and Learn attempts to provide educational material that is error-free, Click and Learn does not guarantee accuracy of material in all cases. When an error is found and brought to the attention of Click and Learn, we will, after verification, update the material without prior notice to customers. You understand that Click and Learn does not guarantee or warrant that the product (files, programs, or other parts of the system) will be free of infection or viruses, worms, or other defects that cause destruction or damage. You are responsible for implementing sufficient protection to your data, hardware and network and you are responsible for maintaining a means to reconstruct lost data.
